What voicer collects, why it collects it, who else sees it, and how to get rid of all of it.

Voicer is an assistant you talk to. To answer, it has to hear you, and it has to read whatever you give it. That material is stored in your own workspace and used to answer you — nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not advertise against it, and we do not use it to train AI models. There is no analytics or advertising code in the app. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from the Account screen at any time.
All of it is either something you typed, said, uploaded, or switched on. None of it is gathered in the background.

Every one of these is optional. Refusing one turns off the feature that needs it and nothing else.
Voicer does not run its own language models. To answer you, the text of your question — and whatever context it needs, such as an excerpt from one of your documents — is sent to an AI provider (currently Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI, depending on the model chosen), and speech services from Google and Deepgram convert speech to text and back. These providers process the request and return an answer. Under our agreements with them, your content is not used to train their models.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Your content stays until you delete it or delete your account. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. When you delete something, it is removed from the live service immediately and falls out of routine backups within 30 days.
In the iPhone app: Account → Delete account. On the web: Account → Delete account.
It removes your documents and uploaded files, every conversation and transcript, apps you built, experts, contacts, projects, your search index, and your sign-in. It cannot be undone, and you do not need to email anyone to do it.
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it — and the Delete account button does the last of those immediately, without asking us. If you are in the UK, EU, or a US state with its own privacy law, those rights are guaranteed to you by statute, and you may complain to your data protection authority. Our lawful basis for processing is performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service running and secure.
Voicer is operated from the United States, and your information is processed there.
Voicer is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has made an account, write to us and we will delete it.
